New PC Remote driver supports Napster!

Version 1.19.0 of our driver is now available. We've added support for 8 new applications, including:
- Napster
- CoolPlayer
- Photodex ProShow Gold
- CrystalPlayer
- foobar2000
- ThumbsPlus
- ACDSee
- vanBasco Karaoke
We've also added a few new features:
- In PowerPoint, the record button fades the screen to black (equivalent to pressing B on the keyboard).
- In PowerDVD, the record button launches full-screen mode, and the next/previous buttons perform timed fast-forward/rewind (equivalent to pressing PgUp or PgDn on the keyboard).
